My husband and I usually go out for a special dinner to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
Truth be told, we usually wait until Feb. 15 or 16 so restaurants are less crowded.
But I love to set up a Valentine get get-together for the family!
We are a family of snackers and are usually trying to refrain from nibbling before dinner.

So I decided to take our style of eating and make it the main course with a “Nibble and Nosh!” Our kitchen island is perfect for this as we can all gather around and nibble to our Valentine hearts content!
